Where an Account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
rsvip6 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at other times during the account lifecycle. KYC verification serves to confirm your identity, age, residential address, and the source of funds used to deposit on the Platform.

E-wallet deposits are credited to your rsvip6 Account within seconds of successful payment authorisation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within fifteen (15) minutes during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). If a deposit does not appear in your Account within the stated processing window, contact rsvip6 support immediately with your payment reference number.
rsvip6 may reject or reverse a deposit where it cannot verify the source of funds, where the deposit originates from a payment method not registered in your name, or where the deposit triggers a fraud or anti-money-laundering alert. Rejected deposit funds are returned to the originating payment method within two (2) business days.
Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. rsvip6 will not process withdrawals to a payment method other than one from which deposits have been made, except in cases where the original payment method is permanently unavailable and written consent has been obtained from rsvip6.
Withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts, subject to rsvip6's internal risk review processes.
Withdrawal requests submitted and approved before 21:00 WIB on a business day are processed same-day. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. rsvip6 targets a processing window of two to six hours for approved withdrawals under Rp 50.000.000. Larger amounts may be subject to additional review of up to 24 hours.
Withdrawal requests will only be approved where:

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
